Anita Reddy (born Anita Hassanandani) is an Indian actress andmodel who has acted in multilingual films and serials.After a successful modeling career, she started acting in serialKabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii (2001), she followed it with her debut inBollywood, in the 2003 film Kucch To Hai.
Career
Hassanandani is best known for acting in Telugu, Hindi,Kannada, and Tamil films. After her success as a model forEverYuth, Sunsilk, Boroplus and other brands, she made her debut onthe television screen in daytime soap Kabhii Sautan KabhiiSahelii. She made her Hindi film debut with the 2003 Thrillerfilm Kucch To Hai. She later worked in the films KrishnaCottage, a supernatural thriller; and Koi Aap Sa. She alsostarred in the television show Kavyanjali, playing theprotagonist Anjali, a middle class girl marrying into a businesstycoon's family. Other than her mainstream Bollywood film andtelevision screen performances, she also worked in some SouthIndian movies including Nenupelliki ready and Thotti gang. Nuvvu Nenuwas a hit Telugu movie; later the movie was remade with the nameYeh Dil in Hindi with Tusshar Kapoor. She appeared in a song in aTelugu movie, Nenunnanu.
Personal life
Hassanandani married businessman Rohit Reddy in Goa on October 14,2013. She is a Punjabi.
